mpc freezes when recording

my mpc is just started to freeze anytime i try to record a sequence. it happens if i use the internal samples or samples from the card. itll freeze right when its about to start looping what i was recording. the overdub light comes on and then it just gets stuck. anybody have any ideas?

Try the reset, if you haven't already.

yea i tried the reset and loading the os again. no luck

i aslo tried taking the jj os of and loading the akai 2.11 but still the same thing.

alright well if anybody has this problem i figured it out. i took out the ram and recorded. it worked fine so i tried putting the ram back in and it still works fine. it must have slightly come out or something anyway it works
