what settings of compressor u use to keep nice sound of kick and fat snare. how u keep low and punchy sound of kick

I use an outboard compressor. For punchy kicks and snares experiment with an attack time somewhere around 30 - 40 ms.

yeah, just use your ears, and use something with meters, so you can see the average level of your original sound. you want to set the threshold around that level and use the compressor to get the level closer to 0db. that and those kind of attack times are a good general guidelines, but with any effect there's no magic setting that works for everything, you just got to find what sounds right to you, and it will be different every time.
