Quick saving question

Alright im a new mpc user and im sure its right in front of me and ill probably get alot of hate for it but how do i save a beat from my mpc to my computer? (Ive searched the forum, asked another forum, read the manual, and i still cant get a straight answer.}

i'm feeling generous today:

you can transfer from the cf card or a hard drive if you have one installed. if you want the beat as wav files on your pc, you'll either need an audio interface on your pc to record directly, or you can record the main outs in the mpc itself, then you can transfer the samples (which are wav files) across to your computer.
