can anyone tell me why when i try to save samples it when i hit do it, it says saving then a line goes through the word saving and it doesnt save help plz. It wont let me save any samples can anyone tell how to fix this

It also wont let me make a new folder, it wont let me save anything. it just show saving with a line going through it.
