Copying tracks between sequences.

I want to copy track 1 from sequence 1 to track 1 in sequence 2. can this be done, or do i have to re program my drum beats in sequence 2.

I usually if I'm just starting out and dont have more thansay 5 tracks already built up I'll copy the sequence and delete the unwanted tracks, that way all the periphery stuff will stay the same on the new sequence
