Electroplated front covers

Instead of a paint job has anyone ever gotten their face plate electroplated?

I wonder what the cost would be.

I'm not sure... that would be sweet.

I just copped a MPC1000 tonight for 500 bucks with 128 mb of Akai ram. My plan is to buy the black kit.

I need to get my WRX painted because some dumbshlt ran into me in a parking lot. When I do I am gonna see if they can spray my blue faceplate for me. I'll just sand it well and tape up the screen. I would love to have a WRC racing blue MPC with NO markings. It would keep my friends from screwing around with it
