help me please

sorry if this is a n00b question, im just starting out so i need to learn the basics.
i made a beat on my mpc 1000 and put it together on the song mode, how can i take the song i made and put it on the computer, when i try to i cant get the song by itself and when i do, its in some format that my computre cant read.

please help me

if you have enough memory, resample the outputs to a wav on the sample screen and transfer that to the pc
