import samples

Anybody know where to drag/drop the wav files when connecting via usb to the laptop? I went to load>usb and its says its connected on the mpc and installed on the laptop but i can't find any icon/folder to drop the files in. The mpc says not to disconnect the usb until the icon is gone from the laptop, but its not there to begin with, and it still says this warning on the mpc.

I normally like finding this sort of stuff myself in the manual, but i looked through it all, and can't find it. sorry to bother, but i'm not sure who else to ask.

mac or pc? i have a pc and i look under "my computer" where there is a list of removable disk drives, one of which is labled "MPC1000".

its pc. i tried that before,there is a new removable drive listed as F but none mpc1000. i'm assuming that F is it since it disappears when i disconnect, but what do i do after i drop the files in the drive? how do i bring them up on the mpc?
