problems saving samples to a program?

I was working on a project lastnite and saved my program as well as my sequence to my 1k. I tried loading the program this morning however it said file not found. I went to the the program and noticed several samples were missing. I then went to my load screen and found the samples that were missing and placed them back to the program and saved it again. I turned off my 1k and re-loaded everything but still its saying file not found. Not sure if this has been answered before but any help would be great.

Save "entire memory" to a folder, next time load up the project file, that should work
