Help with MPC memory much needed...

Hi I am new to this forum and I have a few questions hopefully some of you more MPC savvy can help me with.

I have not had my MPC for too long. I went to Best Buy and bought a Sandisk 2 G compact flash. It fit fine into my MPC and after messing around making a beat with some of the sounds they have on the MPC I was able to save it onto the flash and it worked fine (showing all the memory the flash had and such).
However when I tried to record a sample on there from my keyboard or my turntables it can only have like 36 second of recording time and when I try to chop up the sample it says insufficient memory.

Is there a new card I have to get? I have no idea what is wrong. I also cant load to many wav samples from my computer. When I go to save it says I have lots of SEQ room but barely any WAVE room.

Perhaps I am just MPC retarded hopefully you can help.

what you need is more ram, to be able to get more sampling time

no it doesnt, its like a computer, the CF is just the hard Drive

I'm having the same exact problem. When I try to load samples into a program, I always get the "Insufficient Memory" message. The MPC can handle like 6 samples before it is full.
