aarrggh!!! pro tools and mpc sync question

ok.. im going nuts trying to sync the mpc1k to pt.. i wanna use the mpc as the master.. already went into the mpc and set to sync out.. but in pt, im having problems syncing it to the mpc as the slave.. anyone wanna help me out?..arrghhh

This should explain it - it's about the 4000 - but with the JJ os the setups etc are pretty similar (JJ os is needed due to the addition of MTC)
