What's Good,
So this is the 3rd time I think, it happends rarely, but when it does, it's horrible.
Basically, I will be making a beat, and will be continuing to add specific elements, ie; Crash, Snare, Hi-Hat and when I go to add that in the beat, it will short out the sample in the background.
In this case specifically, I have 2 orchestra samples playing on top of each other. Snare, kick, crash is in place, and I am going to add a Hi-Hat, it does and sounds fine in the beginning but then within the last bar, one of the Orchestra samples shorts out and it's like that part is deleted?
Anyways, it's not just a specific instrument, I even tried to add a bassline and it shorted out at the same spot again... But it's weird, cause I let it play, and eventually it just went back and filled the sample back in?
Anyways, I am completely frusterated, and not too sure where to turn with it or how to fix it.
I think the biggest peeve of mine can be when my creative flow is interrupted whether it be by someone, phone call, or when a piece of equipment is failing.
Please, if someone knows the answer, and how to fix this issue. By all means, drop the knowledge homie and preach...
