only thing I can think of is buying a burner, but I've read somewhere that you can't hook a CD burner up to the 1000. And when I put my files onto the computer, of course they sound completely different. I need to get these things on cds so people can flow over em. I'm seriously considering scrapping the 1000 and just going for the 4000 or the Roland MV-8800 if no one's got the answers. It's getting too serious to be playing around. so if anyone has any recommendation on how I can get my beats off the 1000 and onto some cds so they can be recorded over let me know.

my other two questions are. can a mic be hooked up to the 1000 to record over the track and or a mixing console. i only had the 100 for a little over a month and i got some ill tracks. they just stuck on the flash card. lol.

whoever told you you cant hook up an external burner to an MP is wrong. Also you say when you put them on your comp they sound different? Why is that? Do you have some type of interface or are you using the computers line-ins. Because if you are thats why they sound crappy. As far as a burner as long as it has either a digital in or 1/4" line ins then of course you can hook up an MP and a burner. Also, the MP isnt a multi track recorder. If you want to get vocals going as well you may want to look into some recording software and a decent interface so you can mulitrack your recordings.
