correct way to save??

I have an MPC 1000 with an internal Hard drive and JJOS 4.9.3.. if I load a bunch of samples from the hard drive such as drum kits or loops and then I create a sequence... I want to then be able to save everything so that when I load it back up it will know to access the hard drive in the various folders to get the samples rather then having to save all the samples in the same folder for the project when they are already on the hard drive. Is this possible and how??

read up on saving a project file. it saves all of that information in one file.

read up on saving a project file. it saves all of that information in one file.

I read about saving a project but doesnt that save all the samples in the project file.. that would mean if I already have the samples on the hard drive and then I save the project, they will be on the hard drive a second time in the project file..

am I wrong??

when you select save a project it ask if you want to save samples. then it will save everything to one folder, samples and all.
