samlpes fade away when programed,but not in trim??? help

okay I sample a sound, then trim it ,then program it to the pads.Samples are heard fine until this point when i play them in the program mode and when i hear them in play back the sample hase a strong decay it sounds like but i took off all effects and it happens almost all the time.Very frustrating.Also i am using jj os
any one got anything???
