i usually use osx these days. the one time i used my cf card in os9, it put all these normally invisible directory files on the cf's root. but they are visible in osx. it's kind of annoying to look at..

anyone know if i can safely delete them, without ruining the good luck ive been having with my cf card?

the files im talking about are:
AppleShare PDS
Desktop DF
Desktop DF
Finder.DAT (there is one of these in every folder too)
TheVolumeSettingsFolder

thanks!!!

Go ahead and delete those; they're put there by your Mac, and have nothing to do with the MPC. They're not hurting anything by being there, but you won't hurt anything deleting them.

...except your mac will recreate them the next time you access the flash card via USB. :/
