I recently bought the Hynix ram, meeting all specifications for in the ram thread (actually the same on the original poster had) and also had before that bought two different kingston valu ram's (same as in the ram thread).
With all of these I have gotten the same error checking for memory on startup and failing after 75% done with the error reading 8c000000. I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to why this was.
Yes I know, search feature, but there are no answers pertaining to this. I was wondering if it pertained to the boot block version or if there was some way around the memory check. Hynix actually makes the ram that AKAI sells on their website, so i'm clueless.
and yes, I have read through the ram thread, so don't link it.
