What is the max Compact Flash the MPC 1000 can handle?

I tried to look in the recommendations, but couldn't get a straight answer and I decided to post because it seems like a fairly general question... I saw a CF card that was 16gb and wanted to see the capabilities of the mpc before buying the card...

you can get a far better $ per GB ratio with hard drives, my advice is to get the HDM-10 kit and a laptop hard drive, you'll never look back.

2Gb is the maximum amount the mpc1000 will read. you should get your hands on a manual. it's available for free in PDF format.

Yup, the specs say it is limited to 32mb up to 2GB.... I am in the process of getting the HDM-10 it does seem like the way to go, you can se the CF card for taking your info mobile to another unit, but the HD is def a more stable option.
