Why is there 2 Q link sliders?

Hi all

just coming back to the 1000 after time spent on other matters.

It seems I can only use one q slider at once - so why is there two? Has anyone found uses for both sliders at once?

u can use both bro

you prolly have the thing set on filter instead of tune for your second q link

You can only use one slider per pad, but you can control multiple pads at once using the 2 sliders.

i noticed today while checking out a 4000 that there are 4 Q sliders. well, Q Knobs, they arent sliders.

we're here wondering why there are 2, but akai probably had to make the decision to cut back on the amount of controllers when designing the 1000.

personally i havent gotten much use yet out of the sliders on the 1000. as we all know by now they're not continuous. it kinda kills the point of having them there! i feel like i cant really do anything really useful with them ya know?
