Making Programs...

Whats up ya'll?? I need help with this stuation here...

Whe I have my mpc hooked up to my pc and I transfer things to my mpc such as folders of drum sounds...After I get done transferring will the mpc make a program for all thos sounds??? And if soo how do I audition ALL the sounds in that folder I put onto the mpc???? say if theres 100 sounds and the mpc only has 64 pads how would I audition the rest of the sounds in that folder????

No, you make them yourself.

audition them on your pc before your bring them over to the mpc.

but what would auditioning do??? and how would I make the programs myself...I ask about the auditioning part because if I have a few folders to go onto the mpc im not gonna remeber what all those sounds sound like...

As you audition them you send them. That way you only have the sounds you want loaded into the MPC... It sucks a bunch to have a mint of sounds to cycle through just to load a few sounds..... But to each his own......


But you have to create your own programs..... The MPC does nott really do anything for you.


But auditioning is kinda easy if you wanna go through all the sounds in the MPC. When you are in the load screen, you will also see Play as an option in the "F" keys..... You can scroll through the sounds and play them one at a time to hear them and only load what you wanna use......


If you are using a PC you can also use "Bluebox" and create programs on your PC and then transfer them to the MPC.... I have not done this yet, so I do not have any specifics.....



Use Search and place "and" in between all the words and it will give you better results.... As well as reading the Manual... That would have answered this question for you....
