Interested in a used MCP100. Hard drive question

Hello All MPC fans. I saw a nice video on you tube on how to install a laptop hard disk inside of an MPC 1000. This is not mentionned in the manual. If I am to add a hard disk to the MPC will it come with the drive encasing or is the square metal casing already in the MCP by default. Thanks.
