New Pad Installation

When installing the new pad upgrade there is a white connector that is near the Q slider that has to be disconnected in order to remove the old pads... this white connector is really in place and doesn't want to come undone. Is there some trick to get this to release.. is it a pinch and pull or something. Some good advice might make me man up and try again.

pry it apart with something really thin like a knife or a flat head jewelers screwdriver. but be careful not to cut anything (including yourself).
