MPC 1000 using with 002 and reason

i want to use my 1000 as a slave and my 002 for outputs with reason. I am having trouble getting output from mpc.

also, when i use my 1000 with logic, i am having the same issue.

any suggestion

MPC audio out -> mixer/audio interface -> powered speakers.
