Can't select folder when saving

Hello,

You can call me a newbie. I'm only using my MPC1000 for a week now. Because I have some experience with other samplers and sequencers everything is very obvious.

Except... I can't save my files to a folder. Yes, I've RTFM, doing what it says: select the right folder, 'close' and nothing in the 'To-field.'

I have Akai 2.x OS, I think. Can't see it anywhere, but it has the chop function.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

i recomend getting the jj os, go to the other forum for info. i use to have lots of problems with saving like alot of others and ending up losing beats. jj saved my life.

Thanx, was already considering that. Think about getting it soon.
