pad presets

everytime i turn off the mpc1000 the pads i present arent saved so i have to reset them...tried reading everywhere in the manual and couldnt find anything so i was postin to see if anyone knows ...just have basic mpc1000 no expanded memory or anything...is this possible or do i have to upgrade everything first?

What do you mean by "pad preset"?

Best way to save for me is saving "entire memory" to a new folder each time you have a new project, sometimes i do subfolders for different versions too. For loading go to the folder and select the .prj file and you should be where you left.

Make sure to switch to JJ OS before you find out about that nasty "new folder bug"...

just like if i assign samples n sounds on diff pads everytime i restart the mpc they aint saved..

no it doesnt work still....

you know you need to load entire memory again when you turn it on again, don't you? You can also put programs in the autoload folder which will mean that it's loaded when you turn on the mpc. This is all in the manual too, you realise?

yeah when i load it it still dont work an yeah ive looked thru manual thnx tho
