can someone please tel me how the hel you take out the ram?!

please tell me because the ram i installed is uncompatible and im dieing to use my new vinlys but i cant figure out how to take the ram out and i dont want to force anything i tried to push downs but it dosent seem to click out or want to bude or slide out nither . please help asap im here dieing to make a beat 4;20

Really??
Perform the steps you used to install it in reverse order.
Be sure to remove the UNCOMPATIBLE ram and check the stickys for ram that works.

When you pushed your ram in and heard it click, there are 2 white plastic clips towards the top where the ram snapped in to place, just pull those away from each other and the ram should pop up, its harder if you have fat fingers so beware...
