having a lot of trouble

hey everybody. Ive been trying to solve this on my own but cant find any reasoning for it. When i load samples onto my mpc and turn them into the programs, onces ive made a few sequences and try to save i get "CREATOR ERROR" pops up so i can never EVER save. Its driving me crazy!

did i buy a faulty mpc?

i dont know what im using since i bought it used. Is there a way for me to check. And as for saving, it has worked, but only once, so i know its possible. Just doesnt work any other time.
