nah you couldn't
all the destructive features of the trim screen (time stretch, pitch shift, whatever) can only be done on destructive chops
you could however apply destructive processes to the main sample, and then non-destructively chop it
any trim screen process though requires an individual chop
all other non-destructive processes are still possible though -- tune, filter, etc. Plus OS2 gives you full ADSR envelope control
