Backing up internal hard drive

Hi all,

I'm thinking of buying an internal hard drive to my MPC. Found a cheap one that looks perfect for the job (Western Digital Scorpio Blue EIDE 100 GB). But how am I going to back it up? When MPC is connected to a computer via USB, will both CF and the hard drive be visible? I did search in the forums, and found this question asked.. but not answered

No. You can only mount 1 device at a time... but yes both are mountable.

I don't need them both mounted at the same time, just wanted to make sure that direct transfer between PC and internal hard drive is possible. Being USB 1, it's gonna be slow, but it's still better than physically taking the drive out every time I want to back it up.
