The 1000 pads.

Hey I have seen that the mpc-1000 pads are the same size as the mpc-500 pads. But is it the same on the inside? Can i install the 1000 pads on the 500? I really loves those black ones

I was wondering this too - Just purely because I'd heard folks say that the black ones were softer than the stock grey ones.

What physical differences are there between the two types? (besides the obvious fact that there are four more on the 1000 mat)

I thought it would be posible to "cut" off the unused pads, i guess no . Thanks!
