it does seem quieter than the usual hoo-raa expected in the mixtape threads. maybe cos its summer over there most peeps are out causing trouble instead of online making threads about MJ. even during vol.3 ppl were heckling prah on the daily for the release but no one seems to care too much about this one!

i think some of the momentum got lost in this thread.. if we kept all the threads regarding the mixtape inside this one i have a feeling the ball would have kept rolling. i understand why new separate threads were made but i think if ppl are gonna check something regarding the mpc mixtape theyre gonna check it regardless if its a new post or not... its always the usual suspects posting in here

I think summertime is the hardest time to put out any project....but I think it can be the best time to put out a good project....because ppl want something to bump in the ride....also if this was a project we were putting on the streets summertime would be best as well because summertime allows you to put in the proper legwork needed.....I know explicit stays on his job to increase our online presence...we know dstruct is one of the busiest men that roll thru these forums on a constant basis.....we should all be thankful that someone is willing to take on the responsibility to EP this series of Mixtapes we do. it is a ruff job....and it's also hard to be the judge of someone's song when it's wack......easy when its good....but when you have all good songs it's hard to slim it down to fit cds...thats why even though sinister created the bonus joints I still gave him props on the job he did because I know what he was going thru....when I was setting up the first MPC Mixtape volume 1(the same exact cover) it didn't go as planned that's why dstruct picked it up and made it happen years later....

The cover art is almost done.

The tracklist is gonna be tough to finish because we do have alot of good music. It will get done soon though...

I have been getting our online presence known. Theres good amount of people out there waiting on this project. Im not sure if you guys been checking the page but we get hit with a good amount of plays a day. For a good while we were getting about 300 plays a day. I think thats crazy!!! If some of you havent sent me pics then please do so or just send more.
