Help

I just started with the MPC1000 a couple of days ago and I am stuck in the recording process. I looped my drum beat for 2 bars , but my sample is more than 2 bars and want it to loop for a differnt number of bars than the drums. Is there a way to separate the number of bars the drums and the sample loop for?

depending on the os your using you can use your drum sequence that will loop over and over like a background and then you can just start a new sequence with the samples and all that.
but really this is all in the manual
