Logic Pro 8 and MPC 1000

Hi all,

i'm a little new to the MPC world and i recently bought a iMac along with a MPC1000, i downloaded Logic Pro 8 and i want to use them to start banging out some beats


can someone PLEASE recommend the best way to step it up?

theres like 50 million tutuorials for this on here. i posed one up about the 500 and logic 8. search
