KEYBOARD MIDI / MPC / ISSUES

Yo, quik question for all you old heads. Now all my shit works good. But, i have a cheap ass keyboard hooked up to my MPC, i bought it for like 35 buks on craiglist, like the cheapest casio jawn that lites up and teaches you how to play songs. Well it sounds like shit, i mean i guess the piano is ok, its got a couple sounds that are decent, but most of the 300 sounds on it sound like i paid 35 dollars for the keyboard. Now its only got two midi connections on the back of it, a OUT and IN that are hooked to the back of the mpc. Now this is my question, since the sounds suck so bad...can I get a sound module, and use the keyboard as a midi control, since its already synced up to my MPC.... And if i can, how would it hook up since the two midi cables are already going out from the back of the keyboard into the back of the mpc and theres no extra slots?????

yup. definately could do that. midi out from your keyboard to mpc in. mpc out to sound module. we got a triton at the studio and its pretty much a really expensive midi controller. we use it to trigger sounds from several rack modules and software.
