Depends on what you need. You could just have an interface, laptop, and the 1000. Or a multi-track recorder, racks, turntables, etc. Depends on the enviroment you would feel comfortable working in.

Do get the almighty JJOS for the 1000 though.

1) Speakers or monitors

2) A sound source, that can be
a) a TT with vinyl
b) a cd player with (sample) cd's
c) a computer with sounds/ samples

3) Recorder, that can be
a) a multitrack recorder
b) cd recorder
c) tape deck
d) computer with interface and any kind of DAW

Later on u might want to add a keyboard or a synth. Then u might need a mixer as well.

naw but forreal, most people if their into hip hop, go for a turntable and some type of mixer (whichever one suits you) and some studio monitors, and obviously some vinyl to sample from.
