Hi, new to the forum.
I realise this will seem a very stupid question but I've just got my MPC1000 and am pretty clueless.
I've just downloaded about 70 free drum sounds and was wondering how I can move them onto my MPC then play them?
Cheers for any help.

use a USB cable to connect the MPC to the Mac and it appears as a removable disk, then you can copy files straight over to the MPC's flash card (or hard drive, if it has one)

alternatively, get a CF card reader for your Mac and put the MPC's card in there, copy the files on, then put it back in the MPC.

the MPC only supports 16bit 44kHz samples so you might have to convert the files if they're in the wrong format

Most of my samples are 24 bit :? so I can't use them :?:

Edit: should have read more carefully. So your saying I have to convert the bit rate from 24 to 16 ? what even does that :!:
