Martini Worlde 16 Pad Controller

I just bought one of these yesterday and I'm having trouble finding out how to connect it and all that. There is **** all guides on the internet and I didnt get one with it. I'm tryna hook it up to my software. If anyone could help that'd be great as I'm new with all this hardware shit.
