im new to this so bare with me. how do i get my beats that i make from my mpc 2500 into my protools? im just stuck. and is there more than one way to get them there?

you could use an audio interface to record the MPC's outputs

or record the main outs to create a WAV file and transfer that to your computer via USB or CF card
or some computer's have a digital audio input, which could be connected to your MPC's digital output
