I'm new to the MPC

I want to get an MPC, but since I've never had one and never used one I don't know what I'll need. If somebody could help me out I'd be greatful.

You have to first ask yourself what do you wanna accomplish, why type of sound style, and application you'll be using for, then read the comparison charts in this forum, then i would suggest buying wanna of the bibles from here and start experimenting...

Their are a different combination's for just setting up your 'lab' but it's really just how much your willing to drop.
The manuals even suggest starting to headphones with a 1/4 phone jack. You could get your machine for some good prices on craigslist or perhaps even here

well you need Cables... lots of cables... 1/4 cables and RCA cables...

then go look at other peoples set-up... look at what they have and how they have it setup, look up info on the gear that interests you and then go from there...

but the main things u need with the mpc are Truntable, Dj mixer and audio interface.
