I just got my Mpc 2000xl and so far I can load beats and save them onto drum pads, record beat I created, but how do I save my beat so that the next time I turn my Mpc on I can continue to work on it?

Did you read the manual to see exactly what files save what so you can reload later on and start right where you left off?
You want to save APS/ALL and the samples in the same folder.
Stop getting automatically offended when you see gold letters!
