so i understand that you can acess four programs at the same time, and i get how to change inbetween them...

sorry if its a stupid question, but can i play two sequences, from two different programs at the same time??
or do i need to move say, the sounds from program1 and re-assign them in program2 in order to play them simultaneously??

thanx.

Hm, what u trying to do here?

If your talking about using the "2nd seq" feature to do this, then yea, it'l play what ever programs assigned to the sequences.

I kinda lost in what you wanna achieve

yeah didnt think id been very clear

basically lemme say my drum track is seq. 1, program 1

but my melody is seq. 1 program 2

(i got in this mess cuz of the auto chromatic function creating a whole new program, so i missed the way you can pick which notes you want and stop it creating a nex program, please, lemme know.)

either way the only way i know how to hear either of them is to go into the program screen and switch programs, but that aint no good no more as i wanna play the two sequences on top of each other.... make any more sense??

BRAVO jus read your post properly... ummmm what exactly is the 2nd sequence function?? ( ) sounds suspiciously like what i need>?

I don't see the problem. You have only two programs here. One sequence should be able to play them at the same time. Assign the programs to Drum 1 and 2. Different tracks for the drums and melody.

^^^If thats the case then you need to go about asigning programs by selecting a vacant drum program Ie 2,3,4..Then going into the program screen and assigning the desired program from there. U cant have all the programs u wanna use on Drum 1

If you have u used up all your programs already (4)...Apart from inserting a program change to switch to another, the 2nd seq fuction will allow u to merge the seq with the seq u layed the melody in. Follow?!

Shift>Misc>F3....Follow the screen from there. F6 to turn on or off
