hi,
i'm a fresher. just wondering how you deactivate the metronome when recording as it always messes up the timing of my samples.

also, i bought my mpc second hand, but i have this problem that when i record a sample it sounds fine at first but after a while the quality goes really bad and doesn't improve even if i reboot the machine.

thanks for your time...

How can that happen, what else are you doing to the sample itself to make it sound like that.

It should play back the exact same as you sampled it unless you got the params, or trim tweaked.
