Panning individual layers on one PAD MPC 1000 JJOS

Hi guys i am struggling to pan the layers on one pad.

i loaded 3 different sounds on one pad and now i am trying to pan them in different directions.

But i don't find the option to do this.
i can only tune and velocity and stuff but no panning.


Does anyone know if this is possible?

You can pan the pad but not the layer in those pads in the free JJOS I am pretty sure. Just what you listed. Are you trying to set it that way in stone so to speak or want the pan to change live. Live you would have to pan as that sample plays from that velocity layer and can be programed. Or you can process the sample so that its one sided so to speak and have the stereo sample fake pan by say reducing left or right hand side and use that in the velocity layer.

you need at least JJOS1, and function called SIMULT, it chains few different pads under one - and you can pan them separately.

yeah good suggestion. It has less velocity layers though and not sure if cycle pad works with velocity layers. I'm gonna try it.
