NEED STARTUP DISK, WHERE CAN I D'LOAD IT FROM

in the past I downloaded a startup disk for my 2000, since I've used a copy of it which I had on a zip. Now my zip is reading error so I cant startup. Need it like yesterday, have someone wanting beats, and even worst I think the 1 they want is on that same disk (no back up)

thanks needed that, and I guess just the startup info is messed up on disk, cause I am able to load beats.
