Installing Factory Content Library Without Disc

My MPC Renaissance Software disc came scratched and would not install. So far I have downloaded the driver and software direct from the Akai website but the third install on that disc the 'Install Content' part evades me. I can't unlock my MPC Ren as I cannot download this into the MPC Application. I can download it as a zip file which is on my MAC now but it's not in the program! I can't utilise the hardware cos I can't install the content.
Any help would be appreciated.
I paid good money for something so far that I can't even use and so far am finding it difficult to get answers from Akai and MPCStuff.com.

Install content just installs some factory samples.

You don't need it to unlock your MPC Software, or to use it.

Contact Akai support and ask if they can provide you with a download of the content.
