exporting song from Standalone to MPC 2.0

I'm very new to MPC's, I've made a few beats in standalone but I have NO IDEA how to export them into my 2.0 software, so it kinda feels like they are basically stuck in the MPC never to be exported lol. sorry if this topic has been posted b4, I searched and could not find anything.

Where are you saving them when you are in Standalone mode? If you are saving them on an external drive, flash drive, SSD, SD card, etc. - just put the MPC in Controller mode and you should see those drives pop up on your computer. Then just open the .xpj file in your MPC software.
