about to buy a akai s20 phrase sampler......wanted to know if i could hook it up to my numark portable turntable,,,,and sample 45's from on it....and can i also hook it up to a midi controller and my laptop.....also does it have floppy or something to ass drum kits

don't buy it. save just a few more bucks and buy something else..

It's a pretty good low end cheap sampler, it samples @32KHz and 16 bit.
The 4 track Sequencer is Sh!t, you would need something else to trigger the sounds like a drum machine with MIDI.
Yeah for a few more bones you can probably get an MPC 1000, that will do alot more.
And for a few more than that you can get an MPC 2000/XL.
