beginner question....

hello

wondering if the initial drum sets in the mpc can be erased?... (hip-hop, electronic, standard-set... etc..)

it's just that they take up too much space...i'm trying to record a couple of samples and always end up with memory too full!!

The presets are loading from your 32MB cf card that came with the mpc.

Press the [MODE] key and then the [PAD 3] (LOAD).
In the LOAD from field, press the [WINDOW] key.
Select OFF in the Autoload field, and press the [F4] (CLOSE).
Turn off the MPC1000 and then turn it on again.

Now... on the CF card, delete or rename the AUTOLOAD folder. Or remove the CF card before you turn the MPC on, then insert it.
