midi sync mpc2000xl - logic express??

I did a small search on this and I wasn't able to find anything on this

if its possible can anyone help me to sync my mpc 2000xl to
logic 7 express

i use a midiman 1x1 to connect to my computer usb

I dont use Logic, but Im sure if u go to ya settings, you choose your MIDI INTERFACE and select SYNC output on MTC or MIDI CLOCK..
the next part you read ya MPc manual in order to set up the MPC to recieve the sync midi message that logic is sending out.
