soundcard question

okay im getting rid of pro tools...
So I know Ill need to get a sound card...

Im going to use cubase I might mess around with midi but for now strictly analog/audio.

So would this be a good soundcard..?

Also I see it has extra features can these work with cubase...?
Oh the equipment I use are..
Alesis 8 port USB mixer
Cubase LE (going to upgrade when I trade in pro tools)
Fantom
MPC 1000
Laptop (40 gigs harddrive, P4, 512 ram...
Do I need anything else...
Ive got monitors and headphones already...

With that soundcard and emulator you should be good to go.
And that price isn't bad either.
